Thank you so very much! This presentation was highly useful to me for my university class. It's great you took the time to tell future teachers how to do something so essential and valuable to the occupation. Thanks!!!

How come my LOOKUP & VLOOKUP functions don't work? Is there something wrong with my settings? I'm using an Excel 2011 for Mac.

You should have stated the % of the grade had to be in the minimum to highest. I had it in reverse it didn't work.

Joe, my grading system is set up just like yours on the bottom to the left — but when I put in the lookup formula for my final grade, my student whose average (by the way I only have one student) equals 65 for his final is showing up that his letter grade is an A.  Is there anyway of helping me to see what I'm doing wrong.  Thanks.
