How To… Create a Random Sample in Excel 2016

About this tutorial:

Video duration: 3:23
When you need to select a random data sample from a larger group or population, you can use Excel to generate the sample and avoid any bias in your sampling technique. In this short video you will learn how to select a sample of 10 from a population of 100.

You can also use this technique to select numbers in a draw, eg – select one number at random from 500 tickets sold! Or select six number at random like a Quick Pick for the Lotto!
