How to Delay All of Your Outgoing Emails in Outlook

If you have ever realized right after you hit “Send” that you really shouldn’t have sent that email, this buys you a little time. Using this method allows you to create a rule that delays all of your outgoing emails for a selected period of time.

In this video, I set things up so that all of my outgoing emails will sit in the Outbox for two minutes before going out.

    But when i send mass email from mailmerge Word, it doesnt obey this rule, and send it at once. Is there any solution ?
