How to do a cut crease on hooded eyes!

About this tutorial:

Video duration: 17:1
How to do a cut crease on hooded eyes! A cut crease is actually a great technique for hooded eyes because you can make your eyes appear like they have more visible lidspace than they actually do, and also for uneven eyes because you can even out your eyes by bringing your crease up higher on the more hooded eye, which will balance things out. I hope you like this and that you’ll try it out ♥

I am a huge fan of Soph and her products 🙂 Both her palettes are AMAZING!
And also the highlighter one 🙂

And since I have this palette, heading off to recreate your look! 🙂

I don’t remember if I replied to your reply but yes I do use powder shadows BUT… I just always set my primer with a powder BECAUSE most of the time my halo shade on my transition shade is light but it’s not exactly the shade like a bone color you know like a skin color shade and I find that it just gets patchy if I try to put powder over wet or sticky primer it just gets patchy for me I realize everybody’s different and some people they don’t have that issue but for me I just prefer to set that primer with either translucent powder or a base color like a bone shade I don’t like to blend any transition colors or crease colors on top of sticky wet primer.

Yes either s skin or bone colored shade to set or transcent powder both work it’s just that I use so many transisition shades hat I call my first one my halo shade lol I like hat gradient ombré effect so I typically use 2 or 3 colors on the crease

You could also put a shadow over that concealer and that would help seal it – The same way when we prime the eyes you know it’s good to set that primer with the powder so if you’re worried about creasing and you don’t want to set that crease concealer with powder you can always use an eyeshadow

Thank you for making this video! I love makeup but avoided eye shadow because a lot of eye tutorials did not work for me because of my hooded eyes. This was very easy to follow and that palette is beautiful!

Thank you for being such a in-depth teacher of how to do makeup. So many times I watch videos and they cut out what they do and it comes back blended and all the final small but most important steps are done, leaving me no clue how to reach the look or gain any knowledge on how to achieve it. THANK U AGAIN

Really appreciate your time and consideration, you get right to the application and you take your time explaining the steps. I love this look and the colors are beautiful. How do you get the shinny colors to look so smooth like a nice pair of tight jeans that don't show all the bulging? My never comes out so tight smooth, am I making sense?
