    our company has only one policy for Overtime. that is another duty for night shift…. that doesn't comprise with the hour thing….. 8 hour straight duty…..

    so in the attendance sheet I'll mark it as
    P = Present
    OT = Overtime

    Day1
    P/OT

    my question is how do I get to extract the OT from the cell…. and calculate the total OTS from day 1 to day 31
