  1. My search is not working, I can't find messages that are obviously in my inbox. When I go into Instant Search options, and look at the "Index messages in these data files:", there is only one checkbox with a check in it, and that line item is blank. There is neither an option for Personal folder or Archive folders. Any idea what to do next?

  2. Under 'Indexing Options' and then 'Modify'  Microsoft Office Outlook is shaded and says "Indexing of this email store has been disabled by the system administer" 

    Do you know how to fix this?
