I have been adding the chapters but I still do not see a table of contents. Does that show up in the Kindle preview?

Great addin, I checked on 2010 and 2013 and it works well, but I hear from others often that it's not working for 2016 (I didn't have 2016 yet to check it). Pls suggest possible issues and workarounds. Thanks!

Thank you for the great information. Is there an option to change the size of the paperback from 6×9 to 5×8?.

    Thanks again.
