I had to switch to Thunderbird when i got a new computer and couldn't get Outlook. I was getting email (and I still am) at Thunderbird for my two @delhitel.net accounts with no problem. Then we switched providers and my email is now @twc.com. When I added this account I made some sort of mess and ended up with what I'll call a sub account called "Johnny". It has and outbox and trash but so does the main @twc account. How do I get rid of these extra directories? When I go to settings and highlight "Johnny", the "set as default" and "remove account" tabs are not available in Account Actions. Any Ideas?? I've never seen a program before where it was so difficult to delete things even on purpose. 🙂 Thanks for any help you can offer.

Just so you know all the spam you have been getting for the last 7 months in all your email accounts, your getting because you show all of your email addresses in this video. you really need to take this video down or get new email addresses.

I've been using mozilla email client since the vax went down in 98, I completely agree with having all your accounts in one client. But I think you are mistaken about outlook- it can also be set up to use multiple clients. The big advantage is over webmail – especially if you want to move mails between accounts, send one mail to multiple correspondents who contacted you on different accounts, forward a mil from one account to someone on another account.
