Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint) Crashing FIX

Does Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, or One Note (2010 or 2013) crash (or close) when you try to open the program? I was having the same problem and then I stumbled on to this little trick. Watch the video and you should have your MS Office fixed in a jiffy.

I watched your video and tried both methods, but neither worked. If anyone has the same trouble as me, I solved it by doing the steps on this Microsoft support article: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Why-cant-I-start-my-Office-2013-application-52bd7985-4e99-4a35-84c8-2d9b8301a2fa?ui=en-US&rs=en-001&ad=US My issue was under "Add-ins that may cause problems with Office 2013". I needed to update ABBYY FineReader by reinstalling the latest version, because it was interfering with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. After reinstalling, Office ran perfectly.
