Moving Documents and Files from Computer to iPad or iPhones

About this tutorial:

Video duration: 4:45
If you have an iPad or iPhone you might want to move files from it to a computer or from a computer to the iPad or iPhone. This is particularly useful for apps like Pages, Numbers and Keynote. Files that are in Word or Excel on your computer, either PC or Mac will also convert to the Pages or Numbers format so they can be read there too. There are other apps that need to have files moved back and forth. In this video tutorial by Gary Schwartz from he shows you how.

I got this Ipad 4 with great expectation that I would transfer all my PPP files to Ipad and take it around when I give presentations. But now I face two problems:
    1. Transferring PPP to Ipad
    2. Once it is in ipad I cannot attach my USB remote control during presentation.
Can someone tell me clearly how to over come my problems?

I see no "pages", no "add" When I go there, there's absolutely nothing down below where you are indicating (on the iPad).

You can grab screen shots from your iPad which saves them to the camera roll, press the home key and power button together and you will capture what is on screen. They haven't quite got the sync there from the iCloud to the Mac yet, you still have to login to iCloud and download it.
