    Not saying the Pacific invests will develop or even have any decent chance to, but those current low percentages do not tell us that "chances are" they won't form; we've seen an astonishing number of 20 and 30 percenters in the past couple years end up becoming cyclones. So at least for now, those numbers are still of slight interest.

    I mean Oscar is nothing compared to storm callum we had a month ago which was far offshore but it was pretty windy but apparently the pressure dropped to 938mb in that storm so wouldn’t of wanted to be near the strongest winds
