  1. Thanks for the update. We are keen on the new Planner in Sharepoint. I can see the new features on a new Sharepoint site, but not on existing sites. How do I upgrade the site to support Planner? Please link the resource that would help. Thanks in advance Office 365 Guy.

  2. Two features which has been missing since you started with office 365, which SHOULD be easy accessible: 1. templates – like word and excel – it should be possible to have that easy accessible – for personal users, groups, and entire business – from any device. Before office 365 businesses set group policies in AD for this, but what small business use this any more? 2. Outlook signatures – should be possible to have these settings in the exchange-server, so you dont have to configure this on every device you use. Also, templating this for admin would be a nice touch..

  3. Thanks for reminding me of the tragedy that was the introduction of ribbon interface in Office 2007. Over a decade on I still suffer from a PTSD because of that… Fun fact for those who don't know, the lady who lead the design of that "great" revolutionary change was also responsible for the "success" that was the Windows 8 interface (formerly known as metro design).

  4. All I wanted to know is when the next Office update will arrive? You see I've had it with Microsoft – you wiped my laptop clean (stupid idea to buy a Surface Pro) in April; You obviously know there are problems & replace the hardware (messed up Outlook though) and now in just 2 weeks you've crippled Office not once but twice. Once it recovers in the next day or 2, I will block all future Microsoft updates because I cannot afford to lose days due to lousy/broken software updates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. On what specific license that these "enhancements" will take effect? Currently, we have A1 and A3. The Office 365 Update for June 2018 did not took effect on our license. Thanks
