According to our desktop support, if we have Office 365 and working from the cloud for our MS-Outlook with our Windows 7 OS, we automatically have Skype for Business and merely need to enable it by following Chris' instruction on this Skype for Business 2016 Tutorial Start Guide. We are running Skype for Business 2015, but the instructions work the same as the 2016 tutorial.

I've looked at a couple of videos, but this is the 1st video I recommend users to look to get started. Chris' instructions is clear, to the point, and very easy to follow. I now can instant message (IM) my colleagues when I need to collaborate on projects. Right now, I really need a presentation software for sharing my desktop screen on a project with my remote team members. We used to use Adobe Connect, but Skype for Business seems to have more features. I like the ability to share our primary desktop screen and not the secondary desktop screen. I'm going to explore this product some more by watching more YouTube videos on the subject.

Thanks for making this presentation, Chris!
