  1. Hi, can someone give me advice for a solution that I need. I have Word 2013. Here's what I need to do: I have to constantly copy and paste the same three different sentences into a work software via Chrome browser. I was hoping to improve this process by creating a keyboard shortcut that would paste certain phrases depending on which key combination I hit. For example, I want to be able to make a shortcut for alt+q and get it to paste "This is the first sentence." And then when I hit alt+2, it will paste "This is the second sentence." Etc.This would save me from manually having to copy and paste every single time.

  2. I have a problem with my Microsoft Word with shortcut key. Generally, if we want to save our documents, we just us Ctrl+S, then it will be saved. But now it's different. If I want to save a document, I need to us Shift+F12.so how do I fix it to an original shortcut ? please help me… :(
