Hi, how can I change the texts and lines on the whole page to black the easiest way?

It doea not really help, I am trying to use the eye droper to select color from an image that I imported to color existing text, but it seems to be incredibly hard and not at all logical in programming.

Hi, Thank you for this. But for some reason when I try this, all that happens is that the letters get a glow around them and the letter itself doesn't change colour. I think I might have switched something on that I shouldn't but can't tell what it should be. Can you help me?
