    thanks the uninstall trouble shooting tool really worked, although the link you gave wasn't easy to understand for a noob like me, windows 10 search box isn't like windows7 when you type it, it searches the net not the system. I had to search online that gave me the "download" button (that popped up on the official microsoft page) and the tool ran and fixed my problem. I had to remove the snap.do malware program and it wouldn't let me and uninstall programs that FORCE uninstall don't work either
