I find those apps aren't even necessary though. I just did a video on how to get through 1,000's of emails in 10 min a day. It doesn't take much. 5 steps and a few things to look out for, without worrying about deleting the important stuff.

in addition if i moved from an aol account to gmail, and it imported 5000 emails, but they are not in folders how can i remove duplicates etc.
and will the mailstrom remove the spam from those emails as well?

Ok suppose we use mailstrom to delete all emails from easyjet – but i want to keep the non – spam ones that are relevant to the flight I just booked, how can I differentiate between the 3000 nonsense ones and the real ones from the same company.
or my ebay , – i don't need to keep the 30 notifications of the status of the bid, only the one with the order being dispatched?

I would love to hear how to do that

No such "Unsubscribe" button on my 2007 and 2013 Outlooks. Not even an "Action" button on the right side.
