In today’s lesson, you will learn how to clear cache in Outlook for macOS.
This option is available for the Exchange account type. Some elements of the Exchange account are stores in Outlook cache files. You can clear them using Clear cache button.
Let’s do it.
Make sure your PC is connected to the Exchange server. Right-click on the Exchange folder and select ‘Properties’ from the list.
Go to General tab. Click on Clear cache. Outlook will automatically load Exchange elements after the folder is emptied.
