This video tutorial shows you how to create a save as PDF keyboard shortcut PDF in Microsoft Word. The shortcut save you time by cutting out unnecessary clicks to bring up the Publish as PDF or XPS dialog.
You can assign a keyboard shortcut of your choosing, and not necessarily the one shown in the video. Take note however not use a shortcut that’s already assigned to an existing command (e.g Ctrl+P or Ctrl+S) unless you want to override it.
