How to set up Calendar delegation

About this tutorial:

Video duration: 00:03:27
Whether you’re someone’s assistant or you’re just stepping in for your manager for a week, you might need to schedule and coordinate events on someone else’s behalf.

In this short video, we’ll use Delegate Dave and Manager Meredith to show how Dave can become a delegate of his manager’s calendar and send an invitation to their co-worker, Frank.

Have a question – This video talks about Frank receiving the invitation. What happens when Meredith receives an invitation from Frank? Will Dave get a notification in his inbox as well to accept (Yes, Maybe, No) the invite? If the answer is no Dave will not get the invitation, then how can Dave accept invites on Meredith's behalf. Say Meredith is wants Dave to only accept an Invite from Frank for 3pm on Thursday and reject all other invites. HOW?

How to record video that enabled in Calendar meeting?
Or how we delegate the Google hangout Air to attach this event creator ?

It's too bad that the reminders are only visible to the delegate and not the manager. Please see Calendar's help forum long thread (7 years long in fact) for this requested feature for events. It seems to be a very standard request- the ability to "suggest" or in some cases impose a type of reminder associated with an event (say a google hangouts board meeting). Google has in fact replied to that thread, each time with a boilerplate reply, ignoring the requests made by each customer in that forum.
