Install Skype for Business Server 2015 ( Lync 2015 )

1. Prepare
+ DC11 : Domain Controller (pns.vn) IP 10.0.0.11
+ DC12 : Domain member, IP 10.0.0.12 // Install Skype for Business Server 2015
+ WIN71, WIN72 : Domain member // client IP 10.0.0.71, 10.0.0.72, Installed Lync 2013 client
+ Insert DVD Install 2012 OS into D: on DC12 (to install .Net Framework 3.5)
+ Download file install Slilverlight, UcmaRuntimeSetup, Skype for business Server 2015, Hotfix KB2982006
2. Step by step
– DC11: Install Certificate Services and configure DNS
+ Turn off Firewall local : Start – Wf.msc – turn off
+ Server manager – Manager – Add Roles and Features – Next to Server Roles : Select Active Directory Certificate Services – Add Features
– Next to Install – Close
+ Server manager – Notifications – Configure Active Directory Certificate Services on the destination server – Next
– Role Services : Select Certification Aothority – Next to CA Name : change “pns-DC11-CA” to “ROOT-CA” – Next to close
+ Server Manager – Tools – DNS – DC11 – Forward Lookup Zones – Right-click pns.vn : Other New Records…
– Select a resource record type : Service Location (SRV) – Create Record… :
+ Service : _sipinternaltls
+ protocol : _tcp
+ Port number : 5061
+ Host offering : DC12.pns.vn
– OK – Done
– DC12
+ Turn off Firewall local : Start – Wf.msc – turn off
+ Click File Explorer – C: – Create and share new folder “Share”
+ Install Slilverlight
+ Install Roll
+ Server manager – Manager – Add Roles and Features – Next to Server Roles : Select Web Server (IIS)
– Add Features – Next to Role services, Select :
+ Common HTTP Features
+ Default Document
+ Directory Browsing
+ HTTP Errors
+ Static Content
+ Health and Diagnostics
+ HTTP Logging
+ Logging Tools
+ Tracing
+ Performance
+ Static Content Compression
+ Dynamic Content Compression

– Next – Install – Restart
+ Run PowerShell :
Add-WindowsFeature NET-Framework-Core, RSAT-ADDS, Windows-Identity-Foundation, Web-Server, Web-Static-Content, Web-Default-Doc, Web-Http-Errors, Web-Dir-Browsing, Web-Asp-Net, Web-Net-Ext, Web-ISAPI-Ext, Web-ISAPI-Filter, Web-Http-Logging, Web-Log-Libraries, Web-Request-Monitor, Web-Http-Tracing, Web-Basic-Auth, Web-Windows-Auth, Web-Client-Auth, Web-Filtering, Web-Stat-Compression, Web-Dyn-Compression, NET-WCF-HTTP-Activation45, Web-Asp-Net45, Web-Mgmt-Tools, Web-Scripting-Tools, Web-Mgmt-Compat, Server-Media-Foundation, BITS

– Restart
+ Install UcmaRuntimeSetup
+ Run setup Skype :
+ Prepare Active Directory : Run all
+ DC11 : add account pnsadministrator into CSAdministrator group
+ Prepare first Standard Edition server
+ Install Administrative Tools
+ Start – Skype for Business Server Topology Builder
+ New Topology – Name : pns – Primary SIP domain : pns.vn – next – … finish
+ Edit properties…
+ Administrative access URL : https://admin.pns.vn
+ Publish Topology… :
+ Install or Update member System : Run all
– Hotfix KB2982006 must be installed : Install hotfix
– Start – Skype for Business Server Control Panel – Logon :
+ Enable Users : hiepit, vietit

3. Test
– WIN71 :
+ Log on with account hiepit – Start – Lync 2013 – automatic connect – OK
– WIN72 :
+ Log on with account vietit – Start – Lync 2013 – automatic connect – OK
