Outlook 2016 Slow Loading Profile with Hosted Exchange Accounts

Office 2016 version 16.0.8625.2121 was the last version that didn’t cause my Outlook to have a very long pause during the “loading profile” part of starting Outlook. At first, I just rolled back to that version and disabled updates. As I still can’t find a fix I looked for a solution myself. I make a list of all the domains Outlook contacted during a start and added them one by one to my host file. The one that made the different was ‘outlook.office365.co’ I nulled that out in my Windows host file and I no longer get the pause on “loading profile”. This might break something else…
