    Thank you thank you, this just helped me answer a REALLY important interview question I keep getting on interviews so I saved this video in my folder titled "Interviews." As an Executive Assistant, I need to continue to be extremely organized and detail-oriented (which I am) but I can always use tips. In my jobs, I mainly use Outlook (which has a task manager I love using) but personally I use Google Keep and Google Calendar. Also, I never thought about putting a distracting thought in my phone in Google Keep during my work day–but it is a good idea if there is a personal item you need to remember to do later and want to get it off your mind during work. Great tips on focusing, using the triage system, and scheduling action items because this helps even though I get constant interruptions and must also be flexible. Having every item in a block of time is useful because I can see what I missed while I was being interrupted! Very well spoken and helpful video!

    What is the "Schedule a room NOW" on you calendar screenshot?  Thanks for the great video and tips.  I find myself using the same tools in a very similar way.

    I adore Google Keep! It's the best tool by far to keep me going with notes, or action ideas that I need to keep sharp on. The fact that it goes with me on tablet, phone, or computer is the best. —

    PS. What's up with your cracked screen. Make Google give you another one. wink.
