A certain amount of debugging will be required with the imported queries in MySQL. The more complex the Access Query (like a CrossTab Query) the greater chance that another approach will be needed. Don’t use XAMPP as production environment.
Forms will need to be done from the ground up in Php.
MySQL offers greater flexibility from the point of view of multiple users with different privileges on the same database at the same time.
